Yes, where the destination and date are available. Tell us the exact venue, postcode and service details. We confirm delivery arrangements with you, including any venue access requirements. Locations outside our local area need separate confirmation.

In advance of the service or the funeral procession leaving the funeral director. The correct time depends on the arrangements, so we coordinate the handover using the actual service details. An ordinary bouquet delivery window is not the timing to rely on.

The deceased’s full name is required on funeral products. Share the actual funeral date and service time, destination, funeral director or venue, and a contact number where known. Choose your preferred delivery date in the basket. For collection, service details are optional.

Yes. Our personalised lettering product accepts names or words of up to seven letters per addition to the basket. Longer tributes can be split across additions. Choose the white-base or mixed-flower style and follow the product’s lettering instructions.

Our florists can discuss names, hobbies, symbols and meaningful shapes. Send an idea through our contact page or WhatsApp and we will advise on the design, size, flowers and preparation time.

Where available, we can send a photo of a local tribute made by Van Arthur. Ask when ordering if this is important to you, so we can confirm. Partner-florist orders do not include Van Arthur photos or tracking.

Our florists may use a suitable fresh alternative, considering the design, colour palette and value. If a specific flower must be included or avoided, speak to us and receive confirmation before ordering.

Yes. Choose collection from our North Harrow shop in the basket. The deceased’s name identifies the tribute, but service date, time and venue details are optional for collection. Please call first for very urgent orders.
