£39 minimum flower order. The pass covers eligible delivery, not the flowers. Every order must still meet the £39 flower-value minimum before delivery.
Your usual delivery area. HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA6, HA7, HA8, HA9, HA0, UB5, WD18, WD19 and WD23. The pass does not extend our coverage.
Book your date and service. Standard by 6pm: order by 2pm Monday to Saturday. Evening 4pm to 8pm: order by 4pm Monday to Saturday. Pre-noon: order by 4pm the previous day. Sunday: book by 2pm Saturday.
Subject to availability. A pass does not reserve capacity, unlock unavailable dates or guarantee same-day delivery.
Local benefits only. Partner-florist deliveries, wider-area M25 funeral deliveries, and separately quoted specialist courier or installation charges are excluded.

Each pass lasts for 12 months from activation, with one annual payment and no automatic renewal.
Infinity Pass includes local delivery by 6pm and available Sunday local delivery. Premium also includes evening delivery from 4pm to 8pm and pre-noon delivery. Infinity Pass members pay the usual full delivery charge for those additional services.
HA0 to HA9, UB5, WD18, WD19 and WD23. These are our normal local delivery areas. Check the recipient's postcode on our delivery page.
Yes, when the service is included in your tier, the order is placed before its usual cut-off and capacity is available. A pass cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
Yes. Eligible flower orders can go to different recipients within our local coverage. The membership belongs to the purchasing customer.
Yes. Every eligible order must contain at least £39 of flowers, excluding delivery. Buying a pass does not waive that minimum.
Yes, both tiers include Sunday local delivery when available. Book by 2pm Saturday. Capacity limits and unavailable dates still apply.
Eligible funeral-flower orders within our normal local area can use the included local services. Wider-area M25 funeral delivery and separately quoted specialist transport or installation are excluded. We will confirm funeral delivery arrangements using the service details you provide.
No. Partner-florist delivery is a separate service and is excluded from both tiers.
No. Infinity Pass is a one-off purchase for 12 months. You will not be enrolled in automatic renewal.
Contact our florists using the email address you purchased with and we can confirm your membership expiry date.
The pass is linked to your customer account. Sign in with the account used to buy it so your membership can be recognised.
