How far in advance should I enquire?
Get in touch once you have a date or a likely time of year, especially for bespoke venue work. For a short-notice wedding, call our florists so we can discuss what is possible.
Are the prices in the Wedding Flower Builder fixed?
They are guide prices for standard designs. Your final quotation depends on your flowers, the season, venue requirements and any bespoke work. Delivery, installation, hire and collection charges are not included unless specifically shown.
Can I request specific flowers?
Yes. Tell us what you love and what you would prefer us not to use. We will discuss suitability and availability before confirming the design, rather than promising a fixed flower recipe.
What happens if a particular flower is not available?
Our florists will discuss suitable alternatives with you, keeping your colour palette and overall style in mind. The final design and availability are confirmed personally.
Do you deliver and set up at the venue?
Tell us your venue, access arrangements and the pieces you need. We will discuss delivery and setup, then include agreed services and charges in your personal quotation.
Can you provide just bridal-party flowers?
Yes. You can enquire for a bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes or other personal flowers without adding venue arrangements.
Do you cater for small weddings?
Yes. A small ceremony or bridal-party order is welcome. Choose the pieces you need in the builder and tell us about your day.
Can I collect my wedding flowers?
Let us know that you would prefer collection from our North Harrow shop. We will discuss preparation, transport and a suitable handover time when quoting.
How is my booking secured?
Your enquiry and guide estimate do not reserve your date. A Van Arthur florist will confirm availability, the final quotation and the booking terms with you before any booking is made.
When is the remaining balance due?
Payment dates and any deposit will be set out in your confirmed quotation and booking terms. Please ask our team if you need to discuss the schedule.
